Monique Spicer, is responsible for training and development, human resources, marketing, public relations, web development and entertainment for all events. With a BA in Communications and Theatre from Hampton University. Monique brings a wealth of knowledge, having the experience with Benchmark Hospitality Company and having both parents in the food & hospitality industry. Monique also worked the past 9 years with a local catering company and dance studios in Hunterdon County. She is recognized for her extraordinary choreography and dancing skills. A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Ms Monique is also a member of the Toastmasters Club of America |
Joan Nitti, works closely with the clients from initial contact to cuisine selections. Joan is also responsible for staffing and event planning. So you the client can relax and be a guest at your own event. Prior to her entrepreneurial adventure with Monique, Joan worked over the years with many vast catering companies, providing service and overseeing events. Joan also worked for two large corporations, Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, in the computer operations department and Amoco Oil Corp., running a satellite office in Springfield, NJ.
